What's Smokin' at T&J Seafoods?
Our signature seafood is our own smoked salmon. We use only fresh Atlantic Salmon which we cold-smoke to a rich, buttery and delicate flavour. It is strictly fresh smoked salmon – never frozen – made with all natural ingredients. We smoke it almost daily, in small batches, to meet the steady demand, which is both local and International – we have customers who ship it to Europe. We welcome pre-orders.
We have 3 varieties of our smoked salmon; Cold Smoked Salmon, Hot Smoked Salmon and Candied Salmon.
We also smoke other fish on a regular basis, and will even smoke your favourite upon request.
Our other regular options include: Smoked Mackerel, Smoked White Fish, and Smoked Rainbow Trout.

Cold Smoked Salmon
Unlike the flat vacumn-sealed grocery store packs which tends to have a bland taste, our cold-smoked salmon is packed with flavour which will keep you asking for more.
Hot Smoked Salmon
To alleviate any confusion, hot smoked salmon is not spicy. The name "hot" refers to the ambiant temperature it is smoked which is much heigher than cold smoked salmon.
Candied Salmon
